Description:
The main objectives of the technical assistance are to:
-
Identify the potential sites for wind and solar projects
- Prepare technical specifications and bill of quantities for solar and wind masts and meteorological stations and data collection instruments;
- Prepare draft bidding documents in accordance with ADB's procurement guidelines and standard bidding document template;
- Assist in technical and financial bid evaluations, preparation of evaluation reports, and contract negotiations;
- Assist in installation of wind masts and meteorological stations;
- Assist in the supervision and final inspection of the wind masts and meteorological stations after the installation;
- Propose necessary software to conduct the analysis from the data collected at the ground stations and provide training to IA;
- Design draft policy for solar PV power auction and guidelines;
